Applesauce-Crasin Muffins

I make these muffins about once a week. Crasins are relatively cheap if you can get the giant bag from Sam’s Club (we usually stock up when my parents come to visit).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour hot water over 1.5 cups of crasins to plump.
